We offer flat-rate white-glove delivery on all furniture orders. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-6 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes full assembly and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, and use coasters or placemats to prevent moisture damage and scratches.
Do you provide fabric or wood finish swatches?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for our upholstery fabrics and wood finishes so you can ensure the colors and textures perfectly match your home decor before purchasing.
Is there a warranty on Ambleside Furniture products?
All of our furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
