At Ambleside Furniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
